Your assessment package includes everything needed to provide a thorough and clear outcome:

  • Pre-assessment questionnaires and detailed clinical review

  • A 90–120 minute comprehensive clinical assessment

  • A personalised, written diagnostic report outlining:

    • Full assessment findings

    • Clear outcome (whether ADHD is identified or not)

    • ADHD presentation type, where applicable

    • Practical recommendations and next steps

    • Relevant information for GPs, employers, or educational settings

You will also receive a follow-up appointment to discuss your results, ask questions, and receive guidance on treatment options and further support.

Common Questions

Specialized Center for ADHD

Do I need a GP referral?
No, you can book directly. However, I recommend informing your GP that you're pursuing a private assessment.
 

Will you prescribe medication?
If you wish to explore medication, we will arrange an appointment with our Nurse Prescriber who will discuss this with you in more details and be able to prescribe you the medication if suitable. 
 

What if I don't have ADHD?
I'll explain the findings and discuss alternative explanations for your difficulties with appropriate recommendations.
 

Is the assessment NHS-recognised?
Yes, private ADHD assessments from suitably trained clinicians  are recognised by the NHS.
