The Complete Assessment Journey
Fast and confidential ADHD assessment provided by dedicated UK clinical specialists with no waiting time!
1
Step 1: Initial Screening
After you reach out, we send you a free screening pack.
This includes:
-
An adult self-report checklist
-
A behaviour rating form for children
-
A questionnaire about your personal background and history
Once you send everything back, we review and score your answers. If the results suggest ADHD might be a possibility, we’ll invite you to arrange a full assessment.
2
Step 2: Diagnostic ADHD Assessment (90 Minutes)
The DIVA-5 Interview:
Diagnostic ADHD Assessment (90 minutes)
Our 90-minute assessment can be carried out online through Microsoft Teams or, if you're nearby, face-to-face at our Longton clinic. During the session, a team of clinicians reviews your responses using recognised standards, including NICE guidance and structured tools such as the DIVA-5.
What Makes This Thorough: The DIVA-5 requires evidence of symptoms both in childhood AND currently, which is essential for accurate ADHD diagnosis. I also use the ADR-1 assessment tool for additional evaluation.
3
Step 3: Report Preparation (2-4 Weeks)
After our sessions, we will carefully review all the information gathered, score the assessments, and prepare your comprehensive diagnostic report. The report will explain whether you meet the criteria for an ADHD diagnosis and detailing the professional rationale behind the outcome.
4
Step 4: Feedback & Next Steps
Report Delivery:
Your report will be sent securely by email, followed by a follow-up discussion (included in your £695 fee).
We'll Cover:
-
Explanation of findings and diagnosis
-
What the diagnosis means for you
-
Treatment options and recommendations
-
How to access medication if appropriate
-
Workplace or educational adjustments
-
Local and national support resources
-
Any questions you have
After Your Assessment - What Next?
If You're Diagnosed with ADHD:
Medication Options
If you receive an ADHD diagnosis and would like to explore medication, we can arrange an appointment with our Advanced Nurse Prescriber. During these sessions, they will discuss the different medication options, answer any questions you may have, and guide you through the titration process to find the dose that works best for you.
Medication appointments are paid separately. Most people require a minimum of three titration sessions, and medication costs are charged by the pharmacy.
Workplace Adjustments
Your report supports applications for reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010. I can guide you on what to request.
Access to Work
Use your diagnosis to apply for Access to Work funding for workplace support, equipment, or coaching.
University Support Students can access Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) and university support services with a formal diagnosis.
Therapy & Support
Consider ADHD coaching, CBT adapted for ADHD, or joining support groups to develop coping strategies.
If ADHD Isn't Diagnosed
Not everyone who suspects ADHD will meet diagnostic criteria, and that's okay. If your assessment indicates ADHD isn't present, I'll:
-
Explain what the findings suggest instead
-
Discuss alternative explanations for your difficulties
-
Recommend appropriate support or further assessment if needed
-
Provide guidance on next steps
Confidentiality & Professional Standards
Your Privacy Matters: Everything discussed in your assessment is completely confidential. Your report will only be shared with your explicit consent.

All assessments follow NICE guidelines and ADHD Global Network protocols, ensuring you receive a thorough, accurate, and professionally recognized evaluation.
